Usage now has one transparent meter:
- Every workspace starts with a 100-credit trial — no card, no expiry clock. Setup is free; only test-chat turns and playbook runs spend credits.
- Costs are shown before anything runs: the per-turn price in chat, the per-run price on the Test run button.
- At zero credits the workspace stops cleanly — playbooks pause and resume by themselves on refill, everything stays readable, and you get one email instead of a failing run.
